Whether your car breaks down or won't start, we'll dispatch a tow truck to bring your vehicle to any location you choose. As a bonus, enjoy a free mechanical inspection at any Best Drive store to help prevent future breakdowns. However, please ensure that you can shift the gear to neutral before you book your services.
- Fueling: If your vehicle runs out of fuel, we will deliver up to 10 liters of fuel at your location to help you to reach the nearest fuel station.
- Battery Jumpstart: If you come home from vacation or your vehicle is idle for long days, you might face an issue with your car battery. If you cannot start the vehicle or the battery is dead, we rescue you and give you a jumpstart or replace the battery. The customer has to pay the price of the battery separately.
- Lock Out Assistance: If you lose your car keys, we can help you open the door or start your vehicle. However, before approaching us, you need to report to the nearest police station to get their approval.
- Pull-out Service: If you are on your adventure trip or stuck in the basement, we can bring your vehicle back to the road by providing the pull-out service. We can pull your vehicle. However, please ensure you can shift the gear to neutral before booking your services.
